We are excited to announce our latest land development project in Stokes County, NC. This 87-acre property features rolling hills, mature timber, and a creek that runs through the middle of the property. Additionally, the property is just minutes away from Hanging Rock State Park (you can even get a peek of Hanging Rock from lot 1), offering buyers easy access to outdoor recreational activities such as hiking, rock climbing, and fishing.

Development Plans

Due to the property’s topographical constraints, we strategically subdivided the land into four lots on high ground, where the soils are suitable for septic systems. This approach not only met the market demand for larger lots but also streamlined the regulatory approval process.
