LD Land Holdings LLC (“LD Land Holdings”, “we”, “us”) develops and sells build-ready residential lots to homebuilders in North Carolina. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us, what we do with it, and what we will never do with it.
What we collect
Only what you give us. If you fill in the contact form on this site, that is your name, your company if you enter one, your email address, your mobile phone number if you choose to provide it, and whatever you write in the message. Our web host also records the IP address a submission came from, which we use to stop automated spam.
We do not use advertising trackers or sell visitor data. This site loads Google reCAPTCHA on the contact form to tell people from bots, which is subject to Google’s own privacy policy.
What we use it for
To answer you, and to talk to you about lots that might suit you. If you gave us a phone number and consented to text messages, we may text you about your inquiry and about available lots. That is the whole of it — we do not run marketing campaigns to purchased lists, and we do not add you to one.
Mobile information and text messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services — for example the messaging provider that delivers a text, or the software we use to keep track of a conversation — is permitted solely to carry out the service, and those providers are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.
Giving us a phone number is optional and consent is never a condition of buying anything. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any text, or by emailing or calling us using the details below. Reply HELP to any text for help. Message frequency varies. Who we share it with
Nobody, except the service providers who make our own business run — email hosting, our messaging provider, and our web host — and only so far as they need it to do that job. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
For as long as we are in contact with you about land, and afterwards for as long as our records and tax obligations require. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below or email us and we will act on it.
Children
This site is for a business audience and is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes we will post the new version here and update the date at the top of the page.
