What the messages are
LD Land Holdings LLC sends text messages to people who have asked us to — builders and landowners we are talking to about lots. Messages are about your inquiry, lots that are available or coming available, site visits, and the paperwork that goes with a purchase. They are conversational: a real person sends them and you can reply.
How you opt in
By giving us your mobile number and ticking the consent box on the contact form at ldlandholdings.com, by texting us first, or by telling us in person, by phone or by email that we can text you. Consent is not a condition of buying anything, and the phone field on our form is optional.
The wording on our form: “By providing your phone number and checking this box, you consent to receive text messages from LD Land Holdings LLC about available lots and your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.”
How often
Message frequency varies. We text when there is something to say about a deal you are part of — there is no schedule and no automated campaign.
Cost
We do not charge for messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
HELP
Reply HELP to any message and we will tell you who we are and how to reach us. You can also call (919) 535-4858 or email tyler@ldlandholdings.com.
STOP
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that number. You will get one confirmation and nothing after it. You can start again at any time by texting us or asking us to. Asking us to stop texting does not stop us emailing or calling you about a deal in progress, and does not affect anything you have agreed to buy.
Carriers
Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your number and your consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy, and in particular the mobile information section.
Changes
If these terms change we will post the new version here and update the date at the top of the page.
